Terrible customer service, poor delivery, mattress left in box, had to open it myself, paid to have old mattress taken away but delivery driver said he didn’t have enough room on the van to take it. You are paying for a first class service but you don’t get one. Mattress seems ok.
Excellent service from OTTY and value for money. Great product and really comfortable to sleep on.Not so happy experience with the delivery company who failed to load the mattress for the agreed delivery date and then failed to show up during the agreed delivery time slot on the second day.

Excellent, my son recommended this mattress as he has had one for a few years and said was fantastic. I agree and am now reluctant to get up in the morning as so comfortable. My only complaint is why did my son not insist I get one sooner - I could have been enjoying sleep so much more.
I’m so happy with my Otty mattress, I can’t believe how comfortable it is. Delivery went smoothly and I ordered 2 pillows at the same time, these are also really great!

Poor customer service, delays in delivery despite receiving delivery dates via email and text
I bought a single mattress, the mattress I ordered wasn't available within the delivery period promised and so I was offered an upgrade at a discounted price. I agreed to pay the extra money and this mattress was delivered in very good time. It is comfortable but it is a little short I think, perhaps I failed to notice this dimension when I ordered. However, it's just long enough for me, being quite short, so I'm not unhappy.
I have now waited over a month for delivery. Communication has been terrible and I can't get in touch using the phone number as I just get an answering machine. In the month I have been waiting I have only received one email. This was recieved after the mattress should have been delivered and this was only after I chased for an update.I can't review the product as I still have not received it. We arranged to get rid of our old mattress when this one should have been delivered and consequently have been without a proper mattress for a month. I am sleeping terribly and waking up every morning aching as a result of not having a proper mattress. Had I realised it would take this long and communication would be so terrible I would never had ordered.
I have called couple of times and made complaint, but I did not get any reply back
